Victron's SmartShunt and BMV Smart monitors are excellent at what they do — tracking voltage, current draw, and state of charge in real time. But that data reaches your phone over Bluetooth, and Bluetooth has a range of maybe 30-50 feet on a good day. Walk away from the rig, and VictronConnect has nothing to show you. Head home, or to work, or just across the campground, and you're back to guessing.
